Full Penetration Wastewater Screene

The Full Penetration, Fine Screen Model FlexRake combines the rugged reliability of the Full Penetration Model with fine screen openings. Utilizing staging scrapers and stainless steel teeth that fully penetrate the bar, the Full Penetration, Fine Screen Model offers the precision technology with the ability to adapt to large debris as well. The Full Penetration, Fine Screen is available in .25 inch - .5 inch.

Flex-Rake

The unique design of the FlexLink™, which consists of 316 SSTL investment castings, allows it to become both its own frame and lower sprocket. This is possible because the FlexLink bends in only one direction, providing both flexibility and rigidity as the current forces it against the intake screen.

One of the great features of the Flex-Rake is its ability to handle large debris without shutdown.

Self Cleaning Trashrack

The Self-Cleaning Trashrack was designed to remove large, cumbersome items and/or smaller, matted debris. Types of debris range from large logs and other wood products to leaves, aquatic vegetation and general refuse. It is ideal for harsh conditions such as fast moving or highly concentrated debris. The Self-Cleaning Trashrack can be modified to fit existing inlets or can be incorporated into the design of new structures. It can operate manually, in timed sequences or by head differential.
